The Paupack Sailing Club ran escort for a father and son team using the lake to practice for an attempt at crossing the English Channel later this summer.

Members taking part in the escort were: Ray Salapka, Don Snyder, Art and Roxanne Philipp, Art Werner, Bob Schmidt and Jim Nulton.
